Appointment only at weekends, can walk in but may not get seen by staff. Plenty of parking. We dealt with Paul, very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of advice. You cannot buy here so therefore the advisors are not salesmen, so there is no pressure from them to buy anything leading to a relaxed informative environment. Showrooms are laid out very well with plenty of product to be seen.

We had a Neff oven/cooking demonstration hosted by a lovely Lady Sinead which was brilliantly hosted. Obviously a great chef who cooked us many things from bread to lamb and explained the different types of heating setting to use. It really helps to realize there is and should be more than just your 180° cooks everything. Highly recommend booking in a demonstration.

I attended today for Halloween Baking Demonstration, and it was amazing , Sinead and Lydia were brilliant , insightful and entertaining. I had an amazing time and cannot wait to bake with my daughter . All the Bosch appliances showcased brilliant.

I have had a full steam Siemens oven for 3 years now and I know I don't make the most of the amazing functions. I attended a Christmas combi steam demo today and it was such a wonderful way to learn and share.

Recently attended cookery demo here. Yvonne gave lovely recipes but also taught us how to use the high spec ovens like an instruction manual never could. For example, most of the attendees had never used the combi microwave oven function before attending this event. I totally enjoyed the experience & would happily recommend Siemens & Neff ovens as a result. Thank you to all who arranged this
